Hi, I’m Brian, your Financial Guide.

I help business owners navigate uncertainty with insight, empathy, and disciplined structure.

I am not the accountant — I am the translator of complexity. I help business leaders see clearly and act decisively.

Brian Daniells is not a traditional CFO—and that’s exactly the point.

With more than 40 years of experience across commercial banking, consumer finance, and executive leadership, Brian has built his career at the intersection of finance, operations, and decision-making. He began in institutions like Wells Fargo and CIBC, where he developed a deep foundation in risk, credit, and financial modeling. But over time, he moved beyond the confines of traditional finance roles to work directly alongside owners and operators.

As a CFO and senior operating leader, Brian has worked across a wide range of industries—including construction, security, franchising, consumer products, healthcare marketing, software, and professional services—helping businesses not just understand their numbers, but use them to make better decisions. He has served on executive teams and boards, guiding companies through growth, complexity, and change.

Today, through Enterprising Solutions, Brian partners with small to mid-sized, family-owned businesses that want more than accounting—they want clarity. His approach is simple but uncommon: translate financial data into what’s actually happening in the business, and then help owners decide what to do next.

Clients value Brian not just for his financial expertise, but for his ability to simplify complexity, identify what’s driving performance, and bring a steady, experienced perspective to critical decisions.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College and a Master’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
